Ombudsman Initial Investigations Soon

Ombudsmans' Investigator is aiming to complete the initial investigations
and come to a provisional view by the end of October. The Investigator has
also confirmed that further information provided by HorfieldROSE over the
past few months has also been accepted as part of the ongoing
investigation.

HorfieldROSE will publish any further information when available on the
website, though some details may be classed as confidential until a final
report is produced, should the Ombudsman decide a final report is
necessary.
